Think Tanks: When the going gets 'tough', entrepreneurs 'grind'... This is Madness! NO! This is StartUp Sanity!Usage of the images complies with the Creative Common Licence. Many thanks to the Creators! Entrepreneurs are a rare breed - they're also a little 'loco' -and if you want to be an entrepreneur you have to be willing to do the things that no-one wants to do. This ain't the place to smoke your pipe-dreams- this is a reality check where you leave sanity at the door. The world of Founders and Entrepreneurs is not rosy-coloured or effervescent - there's a lot of stuff that you have to deal with which at times seems like a crazy way to spend your life. This is Madness! No, this is Start-Up Sanity! Start-Ups, whatever the market sector, are always going to have an interesting rock'n'roll time when setting up shop. Regardless of whether your experiment is a success or not, as an entrepreneur, you will have to face a lot of disparate and contradictory elements, both within yourself and the market outside.; you will do what needs to be done in order to stay sane: Grind! This will help with the feelings of depression, suicide and doubt that are part of a 'Think Tank' routine. I am not taking the piss out of any 'Think Tank' out there as your health is the most important factor in succeeding at what you have set out to accomplish -but it does help to look at it from another perspective very once in a while just to keep things light. When the going gets 'Tough', entrepreneurs 'GRIND'!"Think Tanks" just like any other machine, know that to get over the impossible they have to grind. Whatever the situation, they have to respond to developments and get on with it. Sometimes these developments are not always favourable and sometimes certain procedures are admittedly backwards and counter-intuitive, but the results, if the 'Think Tank' is on course, are always progressive. 1001 ways to Succeed - a Million more to be DiscoveredIn Conclusion Remember that as a Founder or Entrepreneur, there are methods, recipes and strategies to succeed. Nothing is set in stone, however and 'Think Tanks' have almost unlimited resources to achieving what they set out to do. On all counts though, you have to put the pedal to the metal and Grind...
Best of Luck Finest Regards a 'Think Tank' just like you |
